How do I place an order?
Select the gear you are interested in, select the delivery and pickup dates and add it to the shopping cart. When you checkout, in the notes section please add any additional information you’d like us to know.
Is there a minimum rental period?
We offer both a daily rate (1 to 3 days) and weekly rate (4 to 7 days), you can always add on additional days as well. When you order your gear, you can select the delivery time and pickup time (we pick up) and we always do our best to accommodate. We can’t always guarantee immediate delivery of short notice orders (day-of-use orders), but can typically deliver the same day within a reasonable time period. We recommend calling if you are looking for immediate delivery.
- If you are checking in the day of your delivery, please let us know the check in time and we will do our best to have your equipment delivered prior to your arrival if you are staying in a rental home. If you are staying in a condo that doesn’t have a secured location outside the unit we can leave the gear, we will coordinate a delivery time when you are present.
- If you are already occupying your rental, please let us know a preferred delivery time and we will do our best to accommodate.
Can I pickup my items?
We offer delivery right to the place you are staying. Currently, we are only serving the Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach area. If other arrangements are needed, please call or text and we can usually work something out.
Is there a delivery fee?
We offer free delivery directly to your rental unit in the Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach area. We do have an option to provide a $15 delivery tip which we greatly appreciate.
What time will my equipment be delivered?
We do our best to accommodate your schedule! When you check out online with your order, you will be able to select a preferred delivery time. We will always do our best to accommodate, if any changes are needed we will coordinate with you directly.
Do I need to be present upon delivery and pickup?
If you are staying in a rental home, you do not need to be present as there is usually a safe location outside the home that we can leave the gear prior to your arrival.
If you are staying in a condo, you will need to be present at time of delivery and our pickup of the equipment at the end of your stay. We will coordinate with you directly to find the best time that works for you.
Do you provide setup of beach gear?
No, currently we are not able to offer any service for setting up beach gear. All our gear is very easy to setup and we offer beach wagons and carts to haul your gear.
What do I do if the equipment I need is unavailable for my selected dates or there is a piece of equipment I’m interested in that you currently don’t offer?
Please contact us, we are frequently adding to our equipment inventory, and we may be able to accommodate.
What do I do if my equipment is not in satisfactory condition?
Please notify us immediately and we will bring a replacement. We take great care of the equipment that we rent, if it’s not suitable for my family to use we wouldn’t rent it to yours.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Refer to our terms and conditions for cancellation policy. We generally do not offer refunds within 48 hours of the reservation date. Please call if there are any unique circumstances and you’d like to discuss.
What happens if the equipment I rented is lost or damaged?
Refer to our terms and conditions for lost and damaged equipment. We asks all our customers to treat the equipment like it’s their own so other guests can enjoy the same high quality equipment.
