All orders placed by 6pm CST can be guaranteed delivery the next day, all orders placed after 6pm may not be delivered until the following day. If shorter notice is needed, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate. Our goal is for you to enjoy your vacation as worry-free as possible!

How do I place an order?
Select the gear you are interested in, select the delivery and pickup dates and add it to the shopping cart. When you checkout, in the notes section please add the delivery address and any other specific information about the delivery location, such as name of the unit, who you are renting from (property management company, direct from owner, etc) and contact information for the rental company or person. Please also include your check-in time or if you’ll already be occupying the residence.
Is there a minimum rental period?
All equipment rentals are at least a 24-hour rental. We offer both a daily rate (1 to 3 days) and weekly rate (4 to 8 days), you can always add on additional days as well. All deliveries will be made by 6pm on the delivery date, and pickup will occur no earlier than 10am on the final day.
- If you are checking in the day of your delivery, please let us know the check in time and we will do our best to have your equipment delivered prior to your arrival.
- If you are already occupying your rental, please let us know a preferred delivery time (morning, afternoon or evening) and we will do our best to accommodate.
Can I pickup my items?
No, we offer delivery right to the place you are staying. Currently, we are only serving the Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach area.
Is there a delivery fee?
We offer free delivery on orders over $60. A $20 delivery charge will be applied for orders under $60, this charge will be applied after order is placed.
What time will my equipment be delivered?
All deliveries will be made by 6pm on the delivery date, and pickup will occur no earlier than 10am on the final day.

Do I need to be present upon delivery and pickup?
No, you do not need to be present when we deliver your equipment. We will deliver the items to the exterior of your rental unit, or at a per-arranged place if you are staying in a hotel or condo complex. If you are staying at a hotel or condominium complex and delivery prior to your arrival is not possible, we will work out a time to meet you for delivery in-person. We will communicate via text message or email when your equipment is delivered and where we placed it.
On your pickup day, please ensure the equipment is clean and placed back in the same location that we delivered it by 10am.
Do you provide setup of beach gear?
No, currently we are not able to offer any service for setting up beach gear.
What do I do if the equipment I need is unavailable for my selected dates or there is a piece of equipment I’m interested in that you currently don’t offer?
Please contact us, we are frequently adding to our equipment inventory, and we may be able to accommodate.
What do I do if my equipment is not in satisfactory condition?
Please notify us immediately and we will bring a replacement. We take great care of the equipment that we rent, if it’s not suitable for my family to use we wouldn’t rent it to yours.
